Where is pick up and drop off?

At the Inn at Mystic just beside Rocks 21. 3 Williams Ave, Mystic, CT 06355. Just as you enter the property you will see a small pull off to the left attached to Rocks 21. This is where we will pick up our passengers. Find parking up the hill and walk back to the pick up location.

Can I buy tickets in person? 

All tickets are to be purchased online on this website and can be purchased day of if tickets are still available.

How early should I arrive for the tour?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can leave at our scheduled time. Mystic can be very busy in the peak of summer so be sure to allow time to find parking. This tour is on a strict schedual so we will not be able to wait for people arriving late.

What happens if it is raining?

We operate rain or shine unless there are extreme circumstances that would put our passengers at risk. If for any reason we close due to unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund.

Can I bring food and drinks? 

Drinks are allowed so long as they have a lid, and food is only allowed for anyone with a medical condition where food is required.

Will I receive a refund if I can no longer make it?

Unfortunately, refunds are only given if we closed due to unsafe weather conditions. Due to limited seating, we cannot offer refunds if you can no longer make it.

Are there any age restrictions?

You must be at least 12 years or older to take this tour. An age restriction is in place to increse the safety of our passengers.
